Speaker Giveaway for UK Film Editors, Post-Producers, and Music Supervisors

1. The Giveaway

1.1 MediaTracks is delighted to present the opportunity for UK-based film editors, post-producers, and music supervisors to win a Bang & Olufsen Beosound Portable Speaker.

1.2 Criteria:

• Like the giveaway post on our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and/or X).
• Follow our page to remain updated.
• Find the perfect track from our library to complete the scene provided and send us your chosen track via the provided form: Link.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Enter the giveaway by following the criteria listed above.

2.2 Each individual is allowed a single entry. Subsequent entries will be voided.

2.3 No payment is required to participate in this giveaway.

2.4 By entering, participants confirm they've read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

3. Start Date

The giveaway commences at 09:00 GMT on 10 October 2023.

4. Closing Date

4.1 The deadline for entries is 31 October 2023 at 23:59 GMT. Late entries, regardless of when sent, will be voided.

4.2 The winner will be announced on 5 November 2023.

5. Eligibility

5.1 The giveaway is only open to UK residents aged 18 or above who are employed as music supervisors, editors, or post-producers.

5.2 The following individuals are ineligible:

• Employees or workers of MediaTracks or any associated group companies.
• Workers involved in operating or administrating the giveaway.
• Immediate family members of the aforementioned.

5.3 Void entries include those that:

• Do not adhere to these terms and conditions.
• Are incomplete or illegible.
• Exceed the stipulated single entry limit.

5.5 The determination of eligibility is at our sole discretion, and reasons for disqualification will not be provided.

6. Selection of the Winner

6.1 One winner will be chosen.

6.2 Winners will be selected at random. The relevance of the track chosen will be checked; if deemed unsatisfactory, a new winner will be picked.

7. Contacting the Winner

7.1 The winner will be informed as soon as possible after 1 November 2023 using the contact details provided during entry.

7.2 If the winner cannot be reached within two weeks, their prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

8. Prize

8.1 The winner will receive a Bang & Olufsen Beosound Portable Speaker.

8.2 Prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

8.3 Any additional costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Receiving the Prize

9.1 Winners will be provided instructions to claim their prize.

9.2 We bear no responsibility for any damage or loss caused by third parties. If prize delivery fails due to reasons beyond our control, there's no obligation for a replacement.
