Noel began his musical journey at the age of seven, teaching himself guitar and singing while inspired by classic records. His education in sound engineering and music technology culminated in a BA(Hons) from Paul McCartney's LIPA, where he gained significant experience working as a producer and composer for Sony/BMG.
Over the years, Noel has performed extensively across the UK and collaborated with various artists, including Paulo Nutini and Athlete. His transition into production music began in 2019 with the founding of Prior Production Music, focusing on crafting pieces tailored for television.
