She began her musical journey at a young age through performing arts education and started releasing music independently from the age of 18. Most recently, she spent a year on the music production course at Tileyard, where moving into production music became a natural next step in expanding her creative practice.
LANI is drawn to production music for its creative freedom — writing to emotion, mood, and story rather than self-expression alone — and for music’s ability to communicate across visual mediums.
She was introduced to MediaTracks through a friend who attended a camp and values the collaborative, supportive community it offers.
