Alvaro Siculiana is a classical pianist and music producer who was born in Parma, Italy. Alvaro first started playing classical piano as a child, he started at a music conservatoire at the age of twelve where his passion and interest in music blossomed.
At school, Alvaro encountered the music of Trentemøller, a Danish electronic music composer who has opened his mind to new genres of music, so he then downloaded his first DAW software and started producing dark techno tracks.
Alvaro then graduated in classical piano from G.B.Martini conservatoire in Bologna, and then gained a MMUS from Trinity Laban conservatoire of music and dance in London, where he has been living for the past ten years. As a classically trained pianist, Alvaro has performed extensively throughout Uk, Scotland, Bulgaria and Italy in venues such as Wigmore Hall, St. John Smith square, Plovdiv academy of fine arts and Cappella Farnese. Alvaro has since found himself working in the music production business with sound designer and composer Max Micozzi Svendsen, with whom he has released the dark sci-fi album “Road to Oblivion” for MediaTracks.
Production music allows Alvaro to create music in many different styles and genres, and follow his inspirations while also allowing him to create something unique within the structure of a brief.
Most of Alvaro’s time is dedicated to music, whether it’s teaching, performing or producing. But he also loves to cook and he has recently taken up Tai Chi.
