Nigel Brown is a songwriter and composer whose work is rooted in guitar-led music, drawing strong influence from the sounds of the 1960s and 70s. Inspired by artists such as Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, and The Byrds, his music blends classic songwriting with a warm, timeless feel, capturing the sense of discovery and emotion that first drew him to music.

Nigel began writing songs at the age of fourteen, fascinated by the almost magical process of creating something from nothing. His path into production music came through collaboration, meeting a fellow writer at a recording session and discovering the world of production music through writing together. This opened up a new creative avenue where his love of atmosphere and style could thrive.

What he enjoys most about production music is the challenge of shaping specific moods and styles to brief, using music to evoke feeling and support storytelling across different contexts.
