Tom has been interested in music for as long as he can remember. Tom’s father was a musician and inspired him to learn the drums and guitar. Through his dad’s work, Tom experienced music at a variety of festivals, where he developed a love for all genres of music and instruments, from then on he knew he wanted to make music.
Tom then went on to study music all throughout school and university, where he learned how vast the music industry is and that pursuing a career in his chosen field was a possibility.
Production music allows Tom to explore many different genres, he enjoys the challenge of writing tracks that are outside of his comfort zone, and his broad knowledge of music is showcased in his ability to create bespoke tracks for a multitude of briefs.
Inspired by Thom Yorke and Elliott Smith, Tom is able to tap into his emotions and use them to create innovative soundscapes that are distinctive and original. Tom can compose anything from stripped back, acoustic tracks to fuller arrangements that perfectly lend themselves to visual media.
When not making music, Tom is a keen writer, reader, photographer and cook!
